Label Information / Background

     XLAX Records was founded on 10/10/20 out of necessity to release both myself and the label's first release, 'Four Ways Of Nonconsensual Multi-Faceted Orificial Effluence Injection'. Being heavily invested in grindcore, goregrind and other derivatives of extreme, chaotic music, I wanted to capture the aesthetics of such brash, Neanderthalic sounds cleanly - I figured establishing a label would grant me the creative freedom desired, and I was correct. Though my tastes have shifted much since the label's inception, I still strive to encapsulate the attitude of such belligerent sonic output through this platform all whilst packaging it in an organized, intelligible fashion. There's nothing less appealing than haphazard post-production on artistically compelling material.     While I do possess a passion for organization and order in a field characterized by incoherence and indecipherability, I also founded this label as a means to disseminate my own music....
